Specially designed in Vienna in 1907 for the Fledermaus cabaret in Vienna, by Josef Hoffmann this suite was later produced by the Kohn bentwood furniture company. The runners and the wooden spheres on the joints are typical Hoffmann style elements.

The set has been painted over in black laquer.

The upholstering is in a good condition.

The chairs are marked with the manufacturer label, Hoffmann made by Wittmann Austria.
